  • Led installation and commissioning of field instrumentation, control and ESD/FGS safety systems at a petrochemical plant producing 200 tons of PTA per hour.
  • Planned and executed testing and loop checks for approximately 10,000 instruments and control loops during an 8–9 month commissioning phase.
  • Developed control logic on Schneider Electric Foxboro DCS and Siemens S7 PLC (TIA Portal); provided operations support and optimized the process.
  • Designed SCADA/HMI screens; performed alarm management and trend analysis.
  • Selected, installed and calibrated ATEX/Ex-proof control valves and field instruments (flow, pressure, level, temperature); performed HART-based diagnostics.
  • Prepared and verified Cause & Effect matrices for ESD/FGS safety systems.
  • Took part in commissioning a 35 MW power plant, steam turbines and utilities; configured MCC, motor starters and VFDs.

  • Built a dishwasher tablet and detergent factory from scratch in 18 months with a budget of approximately USD 50 million; ran every phase from engineering to commissioning.
  • Coordinated and managed 10–12 subcontractors on site simultaneously.
  • Managed the MV distribution network and transformer installation; designed main/sub distribution boards, SCADA scenarios and plant-wide earthing and lightning protection.
  • Prepared P&IDs, layouts and single-line diagrams for tank farms, silos and bunkers.
  • Designed and implemented HVAC, BMS and cleanroom systems in line with industrial standards.
  • Carried out feasibility and cost analyses; managed domestic and international procurement including FAT/SAT, the CHP feasibility study and supplier relations.
